If you're not happy with your order, we want to make it right.

30-Day Returns

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in reasonably original condition.

Need a Different Size?

Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to arrange an exchange or find the right fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Not Completely Satisfied?

We're a small business and customer satisfaction matters to us.

If there's an issue with your order that isn't specifically covered by this policy, reach out. We'll review each situation individually and do our best to make things right.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we'll cover the cost.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
