Refund & Return Policy
Rend Lake Supply Co.
At Rend Lake Supply Co., everything is made with intention — and most of our products are made to order. Because of that, we keep things simple and fair.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
- Must include proof of purchase

Exchanges
We’ll replace items if they arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)
If something’s off, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Non-Returnable Items
Because many RLSC goods are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please double-check sizing before purchase)
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or incorrect)
