At Rend Lake Supply Co., every piece is made with purpose. Most of our products are made to order, which means a little patience goes a long way.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Because items are produced after purchase, this timeframe allows for printing, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- Order size and weight
- Selected shipping method
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Rend Lake Supply Co. is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
RLSC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Split Shipments
Because items may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.
